How your charity can benefit from Smallfolk.com
  • Your children's charity benefits whilst friends of your organisation shop - Every time a friend shops at Smallfolk.com, we will donate up to 1 pence from every pound to your organisation. All they have to do is select your organisation as the beneficiary any time they make a purchase
  • Please note that all donations are sourced out of Smallfolk.com's own marketing budget and are not included in the product price.
.
How this works
  • In order to raise funds through Smallfolk.com, a children's Charity must first be nominated. For more information on nomination see below.
  • After discussion with the organisation, the children's Charity will then be listed with Smallfolk.com.
  • Your Charity needs to identify a children's project which will benefit from donated funds and agree a fund raising target with Smallfolk.com. Agreement will also be reached on the percentage of customer revenues that will be donated by Smallfolk.com to the children's charity in order to meet the target.
  • Friends of the children's Charity who are also customers of Smallfolk.com can then select the children's project as the beneficiary for donations from Smallfolk.com.
  • This can be done by going to 'Your Account' and selecting the children's charity as their preferred recipient.
  • Alternatively customers of Smallfolk.com can also select your children's Charity at the end of a shopping session, when they 'Check Out'.
  • Once a customer has selected your children's Charity, Smallfolk.com will donate up to 1 pence for every pound spent by the customer to the children's project chosen by your Charity.
  • Once the target is reached, Smallfolk.com will make a payment of the target amount to the children's Charity in order to fund the chosen project. The next target can then be set.
  • An organisation may revise it's target project at any time.
