New
Child Health Website
Anyone who has
had a sick child will know that trying to get a doctor's appointment
at short notice can be a difficult task. A new website called Smallfolk.com
may now take some of the worry out of taking care of a child's health.
It is one of the largest sources of child health information available
in the UK and has online access to childcare experts who can in
offer health guidance for children up to 5 years old.
Topics covered
include psychology, education, psychiatry and the general health
and well being of your children. In addition to this, the site provides
an online forum for people to meet and discuss child related issues.
Smallfolk.com
can also assist in finding local nurseries and child-friendly places
of interest. The site was formed in conjunction with the Great.
Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSHCC) and the SmallfoIk.com
website sells their new range of products for children, bearing
the famous teardrop logo. The products are ideal for sensitive baby
skin.
For every £1
spent on products on the website, Smallfolk.com will make a donation
to GOSH or another named charity. The site is constantly evolving
to include new services and, by the end of the year, will be a multi-lingual
website for the European Community. Smallfolk.com can be accessed
at either of the following addresses: www.smallfolk.com or www.smallfolk.co.uk.
